Photo Album: Sinking Concrete Causes Water to Pool Next to Foundation in Woodbridge, Ontario
Sometimes we forget that what goes on outside of our home can affect what happens on the inside.
In Woodbridge, Ontario, a customer called us after noticing water was pooling next to his home’s foundation and freezing in the winter. He was concerned a family member would slip on the ice, and he had no idea whether the water would find its way into his basement.
Project Manager Joe McColl met with the customer and showed him an example of how we could repair his concrete patio. The customer was excited to have a solution that would work for a fraction of the price he initially expected.
Foreman Kyle McKeown repaired the concrete using our PolyLevel® high-density polyurethane. This solution is injected beneath the concrete where it expands, lifting the slab back to an even grade.
The customer and his entire family can’t believe how efficiently and effectively, Kyle repaired the concrete. He thanks Joe for his honest sales experience and is glad he chose Canadian Concrete Leveling.
