Photo Album: Concrete Still Sinking After Previous Failed Repair in Mississauga, Ontario
Paying for a repair is a reality for every homeowner. It's not very pleasant, but typically it's a one and done situation. What makes an annoying situation even more frustrating and costly, though, is when that repair fails.
In Mississauga, Ontario, a customer reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling to have their front steps leveled and sealed. They already had a different contractor out a few years before, but that repair didn't last.
Project Manager Kyle O'Brien met with the client and inspected the front walkway. The customer was understandably weary about paying for another repair. Kyle walked them through how our PolyLevel® System can lift concrete but won't degrade over time. They were comfortable knowing our solution came with a warranty, and they were looking forward to the repair date.
Since the customer wanted a truly finished look and all the protection they could get, Kyle also showed them our NexusPro® Sealant System. NexusPro® keeps water and debris out of cracks and seams, while standing up to harsh UV rays.
Foreman Kyle McKeown started the repair by drilling dime-sized holes in the concrete surface to use as injection ports. He installed our high-density polyurethane beneath the slabs, lifting the concrete back to the proper grade.
The customer is over the moon to finally have a repair that will last. They've put their money to good use, and their walkway is safe and protected.
