Photo Album: Customer Worried About Guest Safety in Mississauga, Ontario
Keeping a safe home is crucial to maintaining your property, and sometimes, that means calling in the pros to get the job done right.
In Mississauga, Ontario, a customer had a side walkway that had settled and was tilting away from the home more each year. The customer was concerned about water seeping down the foundation into his basement, but he was even more concerned about someone tripping.
He reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling and met with Project Manager Matt McCullough. Matt explained how our PolyLevel® System uses expanding polyurethane injections to lift sinking concrete and fill the voids below that allowed the slabs to sink in the first place. Matt also recommended our NexusPro® Sealant to protect the cracks with a flexible, waterproof sealant.
Foreman Bill McKeown used our 300-ft heated hose to access the sinking concrete without disrupting the home’s landscaping. The slabs were extremely heavy due to the thickness, but our solution was able to lift the concrete back to a safe grade. Billy finished the job installing NexusPro®, matching the color to the surrounding concrete.
The customer can breathe a sigh of relief now that both his home, and the guests that visit, are protected and safe.
