Photo Album: Levelling Concrete in This Custom Built Home, Port Sydney ON
This custom-built home was getting built at a steady pace until the build realized something out of the ordinary. Located in the basement, he found out that when the concrete flooring was poured in the Spring thawing period, caused the concrete to shift come Summer time. The middle remained its original height while the outer edges began to sink leaving a hill-styled concrete flooring. With the budget being restricted, the builder wanted to find a solution that would be cost-effective, quick, and permanent.
With minimal research, CCL was found. We sent out our Project Manager, Paul Mendell, to the home and quote the gentleman. For in reason, he drafted up a quote and schematic that shocked the client. The price was so affordable but was ten times more affordable than repairing concrete and waiting for the curing time, which would cut into the home's deadline. Our method was installed by our experienced specialist, Bill McKeown, and only took an hour to do. This is how it went.
