Photo Album: Back Patio and Staircase Settled to The Point of Foundation Exposure, Mississauga ON
This back staircase and back patio had settled to the point that the foundation was exposed and many people were tripping when navigating the backyard. The homeowners were worried for the tripping, yes, but were worried that Wirth the foundation being exposed, all types of weather will eat away at the homes integrity. With some research on our social media platforms, the owners found Canadian Concrete Leveling. We at Canadian Concrete Leveling are cost-effective, quick, and permanent. We had our Project Manager, Joe McColl arrive at the home to give our new clients a quote on what will be done. Thankfully, the work would; take a day and we would not even invade their everyday foot traffic. He quoted our new clients for our PolyLevel® injections and our NexusPro® sealant to be applied in the joints for extra protection. Here is how it went.
NexusPro® In effect.
The foundation is now protected from al weather conditions with our NexusPro® sealant.
Levelled to greatness.
Our PolyLevel® injections are now in and the back patio is now levelled, eliminating the tripping hazards.
All angles.
Another angle at the newly levelled patio.
Levelled just needs the sealant.
Lifted to the desired height. Just needs our sealant and this staircase is perfection.
Tripping hazard alert!
Notice the major levelling issue at the bottom left corner. All the joints are misaligned which caused the random heights to occur.
Before.
Notice the foundation exposure against the home. Comparing it to the top step into the home, the staircase is actually falling forward.
More misaligned slabs.
Another look at how the settled slabs affected the ones around them.
