In Richmond Hill, Ontario, a stunning staircase had started to sink and raised an eyebrow or two. The staircase itself is fine, but at the bottom, where the walkway connects, began to decline, revealing a large gap. The owners wanted to fix the void before any water goes underneath and interrupts the soil, which can cause more sinking. A solution is needed to prevent potential tripping hazards or further settling.
The homeowners found Canadian Concrete Leveling through some research. We sent our experienced Project Manager, Kyle O'Brien, to the home and began his estimate process. The quote was straightforward since everything was intact, and the subject matter was located in one spot. All that needed to be done was lift the walkway using our high-density polyurethane. A week later, we scheduled our professional installer, Bill McKeown, to the home and quickly completed the work.
