Photo Album: Levelling Double Residential Tripping Hazards, Hamilton, Ontario

Sinking concrete often occurs in the high-traffic areas around your home, such as walkways, landings, driveways and garage floors. For example, this home in Hamilton, Ontario, had a sinking front walkway and garage threshold, causing the homeowners to worry about their family or their guests tripping. The problem was going on for a while, but the homeowners wanted to find a permanent solution that would not be invasive, take long, and be inexpensive. Canadian Concrete Leveling was their solution and our Project Manager, Danny Dos Santos, went to the home to give our new customers a free quote using our PolyLevel® system.

The first approach

Preparation

The drill holes were in place, now it is time to inject our high-density polyurethane in the concrete to fill the voids underneath and lift the driveway to match the threshold.
