Conditions where outdoor concrete is already beginning to sink is not uncommon in Ontario and is often the result of shifting, a weak soil base or erosion. Solution for Garage Floor Slabs

Over time, concrete can sink causing uneven surfaces in your garage creating dangerous trip hazards. We’re able to raise a garage floor slab as level as possible to improve the slope from the back of the garage to the front allowing water to exit the garage. Once lift is achieved all other holes are injected to stabilize and void fill the rest of the slab. The garage is ready to use the same day. Here’s how we fix it:

• Drill 5/8" holes (size of a dime) 4' on centre
• Poly goes in as a liquid and expands 20x its liquid state
• Zone of influence is 5' to 7' and that’s why holes are drilled 4' apart – poly overlaps itself
• Inject in lowest area first
• Poly literally adds no weight to base soils
• Improves load-bearing strength exponentially
