Sinking Concrete fixed at Car Wash Entrance, Innisfil, ON
Challenge
Challenge
In Innisfil, Ontario, a gas station's carwash walkway started to sink dramatically. It was making it significantly more challenging to step up into the carwash. During winter, the step gets snow-covered, making it a blind-tripping hazard. The contractors that work around the gas station properties recommended Canadian Concrete Leveling to lift the slab without tearing up the concrete. The concrete has a heated line underneath, making its way to the washing system, so removing it and repouring more concrete would be a more expensive proposition. The best option is our PolyLevel® Injection System which is a significantly cost-effective and long-lasting solution.

Our installation Foremen Bill and Kyle McKeown, worked in tandem – one drilled dime-sized holes for our injection hose, and the other started the PolyLevel® injections. The team levelled the slab with little to no interruption around the gas station car flow. Curious gas station customers watched our team as they lifted and levelled the concrete. It's like nothing they've seen before. Our client appreciated our team's professionalism in fixing the concrete with minimal disruption to their business day. They are also grateful for our generous warranty and the durability of our PolyLevel® material.
