Commercial Photo Album: Levelling Over 40 Sidewalk Slabs, Richmond Hill
In Richmond Hill, Ontario, our Installation Foreman, Kyle McKeown and Installation Specialist, Nestor Cabrera returned to a townhouse complex to repair many sinking sidewalk slabs. Throughout the week, our team levelled each sidewalk in the neighbourhood. Kyle and Nestor levelled 40+ slabs around driveway entrances and regular sidewalks on this job. Our process behind our PolyLevel® injection system is to drill dime-sized holes into the concrete to the point that we reach the undersoil. From there, we hammer in connectors and attach our injection system. Then, it's time to pump our material into the sinking area, where the polyurethane quickly expands more than twice its size. After achieving the desired height, we remove the equipment and cover the holes with fresh concrete for a flush finish. PolyLevel® is quick curing, lightweight, and hydrophobic, making it the ultimate concrete lifting and levelling solution. We saved the residents in the neighbourhood from tripping hazards and treacherous walkways.
