Sinking On Both Sides of The House? Brampton, Ontario

This home in Brampton, Ontario, had problems running along both sides. The left side walkway had started to sink and separate from the house, leaving an inch of space between the path and the foundation. And on the other side was the porch with falling steps that exposed the home's foundation. To prevent damaging the stability of the home's foundation, these problems needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Thankfully with a bit of research, the homeowners found Canadian Concrete Leveling. 

Later that week, we were able to send out our Project Manager, Julio Soley, to the home and guide the owners through our levelling process. After quoting them and talking them through the steps on how we will level the concrete permanently, it was time to schedule a day for our Installation Specialist, Bill McKeown, to come in. A few business days Larter, Bill arrived at the home knowing exactly what needed to be done, what areas needed levelling, and how long it will take. Bill started by injecting the polyurethane into the lowered steps at the front. Within minutes the staircase had come back to its original state. Next was to level the side walkways. Once the walk was done, it was time to apply our sealant to the joints. Our seal is long-lasting and anti-cracking, so you never have to worry about water coming in again. With Julio and Bill's help, this house is looking dapper.
