As our parents grow older, we cherish the time spent with them more and more. Whether it’s going out for dinner to celebrate a birthday, or only getting together for a coffee, it’s always nice to share a moment.
Unfortunately for customers in Newmarket, Ontario, hazardous front steps made it hard for their elderly parents to visit. The concrete slab had settled over the years, causing the step to be higher than the building code. Worried for the safety of their family, the customers set up a free inspection.
Project Manager Paul Mendell met with the customers and introduced them to our unique repair processes. Our Production Department set up a date, and Foreman Kyle McKeown completed the repairs. Kyle injected PolyLevel® High-Density Polymer to lift and stabilize the front steps, eliminating the tripping hazard and bringing the steps back to code.
The customers are thrilled they no longer need to worry about their elderly parents tripping. They have peace of mind and can’t wait until the next family dinner.
