Patterned Pool Deck PolyLevel Lift, Markham, ON
Challenge
A home in Markham, Ontario, had a patterned concrete pool deck that had been sinking down a little more each year. This was happening for several years and it was slopping towards the back wall of their home. Their concern was that whenever it rained, the water was running towards the home. They were worried, that it would eventually run down the foundation wall causing it to leak into the basement.
Solution
The customer contacted Canadian Concrete Leveling to fix the problem. Our lead technician, Billy McKeown used PolyLevel injection to lift, correct the slope and stabilize the sinking concrete. There were also a few fracture cracks on the concrete. Nexus Pro Crack Sealant was applied to fill and seal these cracks. After the project was completed, the customer had peace of mind knowing that the pool deck was returned to the correct slope and they no longer had to worry about rainwater constantly running down the foundation wall.
