Brand-New Custom Pool Deals with a Large Void in Toronto, Ontario

When you want something done a certain way, it can require a certain level of custom work.
A client in Toronto, Ontario, had just installed a custom pool in their backyard. He was looking forward to his family using the area, but he knew there was a large void beneath the pool's bottom. He had yet to install the liner, so he brought us in before he continued the work.
Solution
Project Manager Kyle O'Brien met with the homeowner and inspected the pool. Kyle explained how our PolyLevel® System could fill the void in a matter of hours, without the heavy weight and disruption of other methods. The customer was thrilled that we had the perfect solution for him. He didn't want heavy machinery rolling through his backyard and didn't want to delay finishing the pool.
Foreman Kyle McKeown drilled dime-sized holes in the bottom portion of the pool to use as injection ports. Kyle installed our high-density polyurethane through these holes. As PolyLevel® is injected, the polymers mix, creating a reaction that causes the mixture to expand.
With the void filled, the customer is looking forward to finishing his pool. He thanks the CCL team for their hard work and is thrilled we could complete the repair in one day.
