Concrete-Loving Customer in Owen Sound, Ontario
Challenge
We all pride ourselves on our homes, and some aspects, whether indoor or outdoor, carry a special place in our hearts.
A customer in Owen Sound, Ontario, loved sitting out on her deck and enjoying her beautiful concrete patio and walkways. Several spots had started to sink in recent years, and the aesthetic of her home was quickly turning into more of an eyesore.
She reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling and met with Project Manager Paul Mendell. Paul explained how our PolyLevel® System uses high-density polyurethane to lift sinking slabs and compress soils below. She was happy to hear about a non-invasive solution and booked a date for the repair.
Solution
Foreman Kyle McKeown used dime-sized holes to inject the polyurethane, patched after the repair was complete. To finish the look of the concrete and prevent water from seeping beneath our NexusPro® Sealant was used, which resists UV-rays and shifts with the natural movement of concrete.
The customer is blown away by how efficiently we repaired her concrete. She appreciates the work from the entire team and wouldn’t hesitate to use Canadian Concrete Leveling again.
