Don't Panic, He's a Mechanic
Challenge
A customer in Vaughn, Ontario, has a genuine love and affinity for automobiles. Notably, he has a passionate love for the Dodge Viper. With a V-10 engine and a rear-wheel drivetrain, the Dodge Viper is an iconic American sports car. The Dodge Viper stands alone amongst its legendary peers such as the Corvette, Charger, and Camaro. Caring for and maintaining these vehicles is no small or easy task. Only a handful of mechanics know how to work on such niche, limited production sports cars properly. This customer wanted a vehicle hydraulic lift in their garage to diagnose and fix any mechanical issues that may arrive accurately. But they were concerned about the state of their cracked and shifting garage floor. Logically to safely lift a car off the ground, the ground must be one hundred percent level to prevent the vehicle from tipping, crashing to the floor below, and ultimately being destroyed. No one, especially this customer, enjoys entertaining the thought of their dream car becoming a paperweight. To protect not only his asset but also his passion, he needed professional help. Requiring a genuinely accurate and professional solution to his issue, he confidently reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling for an answer.
Solution
Cars are not light. In fact, they weigh several thousand pounds on average. Due to its nature, concrete will eventually sink over time with excessive weight being exerted on top of it. This weight pushes down on the compacted soil underneath. Not only did this customer need a level garage floor, but they also needed it to last for years without worry. Project Manager Joe McColl implemented a concrete leveling system called PolyLevel®, during which process, patented polyurethane is injected underneath the floor, safely and securely bringing the whole foundation back to the desired level height. Due to the nature of the PolyLevel® technology, the customer can be confident that their floor is now completely level and will stay that way for years to come. Now the customer can continue to work on their baby with peace of mind and continue to lift thousands of pounds on the floor countless times for decades.
