Challenge
This customer in Toronto, Ontario, was experiencing unfortunate shifting in their garage floor. As a result of the concrete floor heaving, a large, significant crack had formed along their garage floor. Noticeably getting worse by the year, the gap had already shifted enough to create a 1-inch lip in the floor, which is an obvious tripping hazard and not one that you want in a garage where you store your belongings.
Solution
After consulting with our Project Manager Kyle O’Brien, he promptly developed a solution to their problem. Once the customer was happy with our proposal and quote, we set up a convenient date to restore their peace of mind. On the requested date, our Installation Team, led by Foreman Bill McKeown, began implementing our technology. PolyLevel® is injected through the concrete to lift and level the garage floor in a safe and secure fashion. Once the slab was brought back to a safe level grade, the customer regained full use of the garage and retained their peace of mind.
