One, Two, Trip!

Pools are meant to be enjoyed worry-free! Picture this, you wake up on a sunny day and want to soak up some sun by the pool on this relaxing weekend. You make your way to the swimming pool, step into the backyard, and trip over the only step. With you almost losing your balance and hurting yourself, you continue to walk toward the pool. Before you make it to the stairs into the pool, you stub your toe again on another raised piece of concrete. The pool day is ruined! Unfortunately, this happened to our homeowners in Mississauga, Ontario. The owners were fed up with the two tripping hazards and are determined to fix them for this summer season. The good thing about their concrete pool deck is that the concrete that is already existing is in immaculate shape but shifted, leaving tripping hazards afoot. They did not want to remove the slabs and replace them, so the homeowners did some research to see their options. They came across Canadian Concrete Leveling and were amazed by the reviews, results, and how durable the solution is.
Solution
After giving us a call, we collaborated with the homeowners to have one of our Project Managers, Danny Dos Santos, go to the home to provide an accurate quote. The homeowners were impressed with Danny's formal and educational approach and put all their trust into the Canadian Concrete Leveling process. On a later day, our Production Supervisor, Bill McKeown, arrived at the home and completed the work in under an hour. The spots were pinpointed and Bill proceeded with polyurethane injections. The injections are strategically placed to fill any voids underneath and effectively level the concrete. Our polyurethane is lightweight, quick expanding, and durable, leaving your concrete leveled permanently. With the injections only taking under half an hour to set up, inject, and properly clean up, the homeowners were thrilled about the experience from start to finish. The existing concrete not being affected by the leveling process also made our clients very happy. Pool deck worries are out the window!
