Challenge

This home's front entrance had a large crack in its concrete and began to sink. Worried about guests coming over, they had to remind everyone who came over to be careful of the potential tripping hazard. Eventually, the homeowners became sick of worrying and decided to act and call Canadian Concrete Leveling.

Solution

Our team first used our PolyLevel® injectable polyurethane that expands to lift the concrete back to its original level. This is a non-invasive approach as it is injected through small, drilled holes within the concrete. It also cures within 30 minutes, making it a quick yet effective fix. Next, the team used NexusPro®, that is a durable sealant against Canada's scorching summers and cold winters. The sealant fills and adheres to the broken slabs and eliminates the divide.
