Sinking Concrete Under Rubber Layover in Brampton, Ontario
Challenge
This homeowner in Brampton, Ontario was looking for a solution to fix his sinking concrete and save the rubber layover on his back patio. His main concern was the money recently spent to install the rubber surface would be wasted if he had to remove it to fix the concrete.
Solution
Luckily, Canadian Concrete Leveling uses an innovative approach that is non-invasive and does not require removing the rubber layover to fix the concrete. Using our PolyLevel® system, polyurethane is injected through small, dime-sized holes that allow the solution to go through and under the sinking concrete. It brings the slab back to its original level and cures as soon as 30 minutes.
When the job was completed, the customer was ever so pleased that we could save the rubber overlay and a bundle of money he would have spent using a different approach to fixing their concrete.
