Challenge
Homeowners in Brighton, Ontario, had concerns about their garage floors. The impact of the cracks was buckling of the garage walls, which means structural damage resulting from the concrete settlement. They called Canadian Concrete Leveling for a free quote. Project Manager Joe McColl suggested our PolyLevel® solution, and they decided to move forward. Although buckling walls does not happen overnight, leaving them unattended for a long time is not the answer. Over time, the walls will continue to bend, and worst case, they can collapse.
Solution
Installation Foreman Bill McKeown looked after this project with our patented solution known as PolyLevel®. This solid but light solution will adjust to the shape needed for the concrete to level out suitably. When the solution was cured in no time, the homeowners could not believe how quickly the PolyLevel® injection hardened. They were extremely pleased to know there wouldn’t be any further structural damage, and the walls would no longer buckle further to create irreversible changes.
