Settlement All In front Of This Home, Southampton ON
Challenge
Southampton, Ontario, had a front porch and walkway that had started sinking for the worse. The walkway was separating from the home, and the step associated with the porch was also settling. These homeowners were worried about water damage in the foundation, more sinking around the property, and guests tripping on the more significant step leading into the home. After some research, the homeowners found Canadian Concrete Leveling.
Solution
A call was made to our scheduling team, and we were able to send out our experienced Project Manager, Paul Mendell, to start his quote. He quoted our PolyLevel high-grade polyurethane injection method for the settled stair and walkway. For the joints against the wall, Paul suggested our NexusPro® joint sealant, which is hydrophobic, malleable, anti-cracking, and long-lasting. Once the price was established, it was time to bring in our Installation Specialist, Bill McKeown. Later that week, Bill came to start the work. He began by levelling the stair and then the walkway. The polyurethane injection system took an efficient amount of time which impressed the homeowners even said, "We scheduled a date for the repair, and the work was done quickly and professionally. Awesome job!". The sealant work was done with precision, so it will never have water intrude again. A job well done from the team, start to finish.
