What happened to the pool deck?
Pool decks often get neglected since the maintenance of the actual pool is a lot on its own. This deck in Plainfield, Ontario, had settled and started to crack. The homeowners wanted to use the pool before the season ended, but tripping hazards had formed, and caused customers to worry cracks caused worry that the walls would deteriorate. We had our Project Manager, Joe McColl, arrive at the home to start his quoting process. He quoted our PolyLevel® polyurethane injection system to lift and level the concrete. For the cracks along the concrete, we will apply our high-grade NexusPro® sealant that does not crack, dry out, and will last you a very long time.

How did we fix it?
Once the quoting is complete, Kyle McKeown and JP Basto arrived at the job site to apply said products. Our PolyLevel® polyurethane is a fantastic way to lift concrete, and it is pretty fascinating how it works. The poly starts off as a liquid when installed and expands more than two times its size to fill in any voids underneath the sinking concrete, then solidifies to stabilize soils. Once our two Installation Specialists injected the polyurethane, it was time to seal off the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro® sealant. The sealant was precisely picked to colour-match the pool deck for a more seamless finish. These homeowners were shocked by how good the pool deck looked again.
