Filling Voids In This Large Basement, Pickering ON

Redoing a home has its ups and downs. The positive is that the house will have a new look and feel, but the downside is setbacks. For example, when gutting the home in Pickering, Ontario, and rebuilding it, the contractors noticed that the basement floor had a large void. Before proceeding, the space underneath needs to be filled to continue renovating.

They called and scheduled a day for our Project Manager, Kyle O'Brien, to showcase our levelling system, which is non-invasive, quick, and permanent. Everything aligns perfectly with no major setbacks. Time to level and have our experienced installer, Kyle McKeown, begin injecting the concrete with our PolyLevel®. PolyLevel® is a high-density, quick-expanding, and lightweight polyurethane that quickly lifts any concrete. The job was done the same day with minimal curing time. Our clients were very impressed with how the installation was done without interrupting the work progress timeline and the outcome was seamless.
