Sinking Garage Floor Fixed with PolyLevel® in Collingwood, ON
Challenge
A homeowner with a sinking garage floor called Canadian Concrete Leveling. Our Project Manager, Paul Mendell, introduced them to our PolyLevel® solution. His mother, who happened to live across the street, also had a sinking concrete walkway, and Paul explained to them that our solution can be used to fix both problems in less than a day’s work!
Solution
Installation Supervisor Kyle McKeown worked with his crew on the garage floor by injecting our PolyLevel® high-density structural grade polymer under the garage floor slab, re-aligning it, and correcting the slope and void-filling to stabilize the floor completely. When the job was done, the customers were so happy with the results of the CCL solution in all aspects. They were amazed at how the floor was aligned again and they had peace of mind that it was properly stabilized, so there was no more worrying about it collapsing.
