This may not seem like a big issue, but the 2 inches of sinking started to expose the home's foundation, and when rainy days came, all the water would funnel to one side. Since the concrete is relatively new, they wanted to avoid gutting it to add more to the undersoil for levelling the land then repour fresh concrete.
