In Toronto, Ontario, a retirement residence had many walkways around the property sink, revealing tripping hazards. As the seasons changed, the concrete started to sink more, worrying the residents and property managers. Since many tenants require walkers and wheelchairs, smooth, levelled walkways are non-negotiable. Our Sales Director, Matt McCullough, walked the property managers through our products and services that balance the concrete permanently. Our Installation Foreman, Bill McKeown, and Installation Specialist, Liam, arrived to begin the work. The levelling ranged from porches and seating areas to entryways near the lobby. Our PolyLevel® injection system is quick to set up, level, and clean up so residents did not have to wait for curing time or stay off the newly lifted slabs. Property Manager Rob was scoping out the work as we were levelling and was impressed with the precision and results. He was wowed by the work that he even said, "I have many more properties that need levelling, and you guys are the ones I will call!". Another safe residence in the big city!
