Residential Photo Album: Sinking Floor Caused Sinking Business, Guelph, ON
A home in Guelph, Ontario had a problem in one of the rooms in the basement. The floor in the room had begun to sink, causing a 2-inch gap between the wall trim and the concrete floor. Water was leaking in, and it began to rip the carpet on the floor. The cement pad was also cracking underneath. The customers home office was in that room. The Canadian Concrete Leveling team was more than happy to find a solution for this customers home. Our sales rep Paul Mendell assured the homeowner this problem would be fixed with a very simple, quick solution. Bill McCkeown and the team came in and used our Polylevel injection foam to fix the problem. It leveled out the floor, which means that there will be no more water, no more ripping of the carpet, and the concrete slab floor won’t crack again! The floor is now stabilized and our customer can continues his business without any worries of future sinking.
