Residential Photo Album: Patterned Pool Deck PolyLevel lift, Markham, ON

A home in Markham, Ontario, had a patterned concrete pool deck that had been sinking throughout the years. . Their concern was that whenever it rained, the water was running towards the home. They were worried, that it will eventually get down the foundation wall causing it to leak into the basement.  The customer contacted Clarke Basement Systems to have our Canadian Concrete Leveling team to come in and fix the problem. Our lead technician, Billy McKeown used PolyLevel injection to lift, correct the slope and stabilize the sunken concrete. There were also some fracture cracks on the concrete, due to it sinking. Nexus Pro Crack Sealant was applied to fill and seal the fracture cracks. The customer now has peace of mind knowing that the pool deck is back to having the correct slope and they no longer have to worry about rainwater constantly running down the foundation wall.
