Growing older is a part of life. Sometimes we need some extra help when we get up in age and moving in with our kids is a popular choice for many.
A customer in Etobicoke, Ontario, was dealing with tripping hazards throughout his walkway. The path went around the home and was frequently used by everyone in the family. His elderly parents also lived in the house, and he was concerned with their safety. He called Canadian Concrete Leveling for a solution, and Project Manager Joe McColl went to the customer’s home to inspect the walkway.
Foreman Bill McKeown drilled dime-size holes throughout the walkway as a port to inject our PolyLevel® expanding polyurethane. We also sealed any cracks and edges with our NexusPro® Sealant, providing a watertight, UV-resistant seal.
The customer is elated that his elderly parents can be safe. His concrete is fixed, and the aesthetic of his home has been improved.

Foundation Gaps
Gaps between the foundation and slabs were allowing water to get beneath the concrete and pool around the foundation
Before
It was easy to see the uneven slabs and gaps before we repaired the walkway
After
Our NexusPro® Sealant keeps water out and the sun away, protecting the concrete for years to come
