Residential Photo Album: Sinking Concrete Threatens Driveway in Markham, Ontario
The walkway up to your home is the first thing people see when they visit. It’s the first opportunity we have to show friends and family our style, so it’s essential to make a good impression.
A customer in Markham, Ontario, noticed his driveway had settled in a few spots, and his walkway was sinking towards the house. The driveway and patio were made from flagstone, so he wanted to protect his investment and his home. He called Canadian Concrete Leveling, and Project Manager Joe McColl walked the customer through our services. He was thrilled to know he could repair his concrete, and a date was set for the repair.
Foreman Kyle McKeown used our PolyLevel® high-density polyurethane to lift and level the concrete. PolyLevel® is injected through dime-sized holes and expands under the slab. This not only raises the concrete but also compresses the fill soils below.
The customer is pleased with the finished work. His driveway and patio look great, and his home and investment are protected.
