Residential Photo Album: Return Customer Calls Us for Her Sinking Pool Deck in Newmarket, Ontario
Pool decks are already slippery surfaces, so a tripping hazard only adds to the threat.
A customer in Newmarket, Ontario, previously had us out a few years ago to level her front steps. She was having a similar problem now around her pool, so she called us back and met with Project Manager Paul Mendell again.
Paul inspected the pool deck and realized that they would need to level the slabs as well as seal any cracks this time. The customer agreed, and a date was set for the repair.
Foreman Kyle McKeown injected our high-density polyurethane beneath the concrete slabs to bring them to a level position. After the concrete was level, Kyle used NexusPro® to seal the cracks.
The customer is just as happy now as they were when they initially brought us out. The tripping hazards around her pool are gone, and her family can safely use the pool again.
