Residential Photo Album: Retired Couple Frustrated with Sinking Pool Deck in Port Hope, Ontario
Retirement is a time to enjoy yourself, spend time with friends and family, and live your dreams. It shouldn’t be hampered with worry and home repairs, but unfortunately, sometimes these things get in the way.
A couple in Port Hope, Ontario, was having trouble with their concrete pool deck. They had invested thousands into the pool and their backyard over the years, so were upset to see the concrete sinking so much. There was also a void beneath the concrete from animals burrowing, and it was a constant eyesore whenever they had company over.
They decided to reach out to Canadian Concrete Leveling. They were concerned they’d have to rip up the concrete and have it repoured, but Project Manager Kyle O’Brien quickly put their worries to rest by explaining our PolyLevel® process.
Foreman Kyle McKeown drilled dime-sized holes in the concrete around the perimeter of the pool. He injected our PolyLevel® solution to lift the concrete and fill the void before patching the holes with fresh concrete.
The retired couple is very happy with the work done. They can enjoy their backyard the way they want to and are looking forward to many happy years in their home.
