Residential Photo Album: Garage Floor Threatens Home's Value in Pickering, Ontario
Planning to sell your home is a stressful and exciting time. There are tons of things to do to prepare, and one of them is fixing things around your house to increase your property’s value.
A customer in Pickering, Ontario, reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling. His garage floor was cracking and sinking, and he was concerned he’d have to rip up the concrete and have it redone.
After meeting with Project Manager Kyle O’Brien, the customer was excited to hear that we offered a solution that would avoid tearing up the old concrete. The customer eagerly set up a date for the repair.
Foreman Kyle McKeown used our PolyLevel® solution to lift the concrete garage floor. PolyLevel® expands under the concrete to lift the slab, while also compressing fill soils below.
The customer is thrilled that he didn’t need to have the floor redone. He’s looking forward to selling his home and getting top value for his house.
