When guests come over to visit, you assume they can make it up to the front door safely. Most people don't think twice about this, but when a large tripping hazard forms in front of the door, it's hard not to think about it.
A customer in Markham, Ontario, reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling, hoping to repair their sinking from steps. The walkway was three-tiered and consisted of flagstone built on concrete slabs. The step had settled close to three inches, and the homeowner was concerned about his elderly parents coming to visit.
Project Manager Paul Mendell met with the customer and showed them how our PolyLevel® injections work. He was happy to find a solution that didn't require spending thousands on redoing the walkway. To the customer's delight, Paul was even able to have our crew come out the same day due to a cancellation.
Foreman Bill McKeown drilled dime-sized holes through the flagstone. Bill injected our high-density polyurethane beneath the slabs and brought the concrete back up to a safe, level grade.
The homeowner and his wife called Canadian Concrete Leveling "brilliant service." They have peace of mind that no one will fall, and the entire repair cost significantly less than imagined.
