Residential Photo Album: Sinking Concrete Inconveniences Daily Pool Users in Markham, Ontario
Many of us try to make summer last for as long as possible. We keep barbequing well into the fall, leave our pools open for longer than we should, and refuse to accept that winter is around the corner.
A customer in Markham, Ontario, loves using his backyard pool with his family. They would use the space all summer long and could be found floating in the pool on an almost daily basis. Each year they noticed certain areas of their pool deck were sinking and getting worse. They decided it was finally time to take care of the issue and reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling.
Project Manager Kyle O’Brien met with the family and inspected their backyard. Kyle explained how water could wash away dirt from beneath the concrete, creating a gap. He showed them how our PolyLevel® System could lift the concrete back to an even grade and remove their annoying tripping hazards.
Foreman Kyle McKeown started the repair by drilling dime-sized holes in the pool deck. He used these injection ports for our PolyLevel® System. The customers were blown away, seeing their concrete lift right in front of their eyes. Once Kyle finished lifting the concrete, he patched the holes.
The customer and his family are happy that their backyard oasis is in working order again. They’re glad they chose a company with a trusted method and still can’t believe how unique our product was.
