Residential Photo Album: Sinking Concrete Patio Causes Icy Water to Pool in Brampton, Ontario
Winter takes its toll on Ontario each year. While there are many positives to the winter months, harsh weather is hard on our homes.
A customer in Brampton, Ontario, has a lovely little concrete patio in his backyard. He and his wife love entertaining here, but the concrete had started to show its age. The entire slab was sinking towards the home, causing water to pool and drain down the foundation.
After digging, the customer found our website online and decided to reach out for a free inspection. Project Manager Joe McColl met with the couple and inspected the patio. Joe explained how our PolyLevel® System works and showed the customers a demonstration video.
Foreman Kyle McKeown used our PolyLevel® System to repair the sinking concrete. Kyle drilled dime-sized holes in the slab to use as injection ports. Once the patio was brought back to an even grade, Kyle patched the holes with fresh concrete.
The customer is very happy with the work done by Canadian Concrete Leveling. They didn’t believe Kyle when he told them they could use the concrete that same day and were thrilled that no heavy machinery had to roll through their yard.
