Residential Photo Album: Repeat Customer Brings Us Back for Walkway in Mississauga, Ontario
When you find a great contractor, it’s hard to go elsewhere when you need more work done.
A customer we worked for four years ago reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling to deal with some other concrete issues around his home. He was impressed with how well the previous repair held up, so he looked forward to using our services again.
Project Manager Paul Mendell met with the customer and inspected the home’s exterior. This time the customer was dealing with a sinking walkway. Paul showed the client a video demonstrating our PolyLevel® System to refresh his memory, and a date was booked for the repair.
Foreman Bill McKeown drilled dime-sized holes in the concrete surface to use as injection ports. As our PolyLevel® System is used, it expands beneath the concrete surface. This lifts the slab back to grade while compressing fill soils below.
The customer is happy again with the job done by the Canadian Concrete Leveling team. He has peace of mind knowing all of his concrete is safe, and he appreciates the ease of the whole experience.
