Residential Photo Album: Customer Eager to Repair Failing Concrete in Oakville, Ontario
When you’re ready to have work completed at your home, the last thing you want to do is wait. So, you start to reach out to companies for a quote and begin to prep your home, but sometimes, no one calls back.
In Oakville, Ontario, a customer reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling after several other companies never responded to him. He wasn’t sure exactly where to turn to repair the sinking concrete around his pool and home but knew he had found what he was looking for after meeting with Director of Sales Matt McCullough.
Matt explained how we could lift the slabs and prevent the issue from returning. The customer takes great pride in his home and hates to see issues go unrepaired, so he eagerly set up a repair date.
Foreman Kyle McKeown used dime-sized holes to inject our high-density polyurethane, PolyLevel®. As we installed the solution, it expanded, lifting the slab and filling in any voids below. With the slabs lifted, Kyle turned his attention to sealing the seams. We used our NexusPro® Sealant, which resists harsh UV rays while staying flexible enough to shift with the concrete.
The customer is delighted to have his pool deck and backyard repaired. He thanks the entire Canadian Concrete Leveling team for their hard work.
