Residential Photo Album: Beautiful Patio Compromised by Failing Concrete in Milton, Ontario
A beautiful backyard is something to be proud of. You work hard building up the perfect outdoor space, but having it tainted by failing concrete takes away from the entire atmosphere.
In Milton, Ontario, a customer and his family were tired of dealing with sinking concrete all around their home. It was taking away from their gorgeous patio and sitting area, and it was a matter of time before water started to creep down the foundation and possibly into the basement.
Director of Sales Matt McCullough met with the customer and thoroughly inspected the home’s exterior. Not only was there a threat to his foundation and family, but a tilted slab was compromising his pool equipment. Matt understood the frustration from the customer and explained to him how washouts and poor fill soils lead to sinking concrete.
Foreman Bill McKeown used our PolyLevel® System and NexusPro® Sealant to lift and seal the concrete. PolyLevel® is a two-part polyurethane that expands beneath the concrete to lift the slab and fill any voids below. NexusPro® is UV-resistant sealant that keeps moisture and debris from seeping into cracks.
The family was thrilled that we restored the full use of their patio after one day of work. They’re looking forward to the summer and have peace of mind knowing their investment is protected.
