When it comes to managing a building full of residents, safety is always a top priority. There are typically several high traffic areas, and a hazard can lead to safety and liability concerns.
A manager in Toronto, Ontario, reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling after several tenants complained about the ramp down to the parking garage. The residents parked underground and drove over the ramp each day, and the problem was only getting worse.
Project Manager Matt McCullough met with the manager and walked him through how we could lift the concrete and seal any cracks. He explained how our PolyLevel® System uses high-density polyurethane injections that expand beneath concrete to lift the slabs. He also recommended sealing the seams with our NexusPro® Sealant, which resists harsh UV rays while remaining waterproof and flexible.
Foreman Bill McKeown carefully injected our polyurethane system throughout the driveway to lift the slabs using dime-sized injection ports. Once the repair was complete, the holes were patched with fresh concrete and the seams were sealed using NexusPro®.
The building manager is happy with the work done by Canadian Concrete Leveling and has already heard from several relieved tenants.
