Residential Photo Album: Patterned Concrete Sinks in Brampton, Ontario

A house is more than just a home. It’s an investment and keeping it in great shape can be the difference of thousands of dollars when it’s time to sell. It’s also important for safety, which a customer in Brampton, Ontario, knew all too well. The client has a beautiful, patterned concrete walkway and driveway, but sinking concrete had tarnished the look. In addition, the customer couldn’t stand seeing his investment fall apart more and more each year, and a trip hazard made it hard to enter the home safely. He reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling and met with Project Manager Danny Dos Santos. Danny completed a thorough inspection of the slabs before recommending our PolyLevel® System and NexusPro® Sealant. PolyLevel® uses high-density polyurethane to lift sinking concrete by creating an expanding chemical reaction, 100 times lighter than mud but much more supportive. NexusPro® is a flexible, UV-resistant sealant, and together these products provide the perfect solution. Our crew started by drilling small, dime-sized holes in the concrete surface. These were used as injection ports, leaving behind almost no trace. Once we lifted the concrete, we patched the holes, and any cracks and seams were sealed with NexusPro®. The customer is very happy with the non-invasive, one-day repair completed by Canadian Concrete Leveling, and finally loves the look of his home again.
