As you can see this home needed a lot of love. from the driveway to the walkway. This does not include the pool deck.
Big steps
The step started to sink which made it difficult to enter the house. Notice how large the gap is between the concrete.
The Garage
Can't forget the garage! The garage had an alarming lip which made it extremely challenging to enter the home via car.
Side Entrance
The side entrance had a very similar issue compared to the front.
Cracks along the way
The walkway formed cracks from the unstable ground.
Concrete is levelled on the side.
The concrete before started to slope into the home causing pooling in the floor-wall joint.
The cracks are getting sealed.
Levelling out the angle between the wall and the floor to ensure all is straight. The crack in the back is also sealed.
Make sure EVERYTHING is sealed off.
Even the cracks that you cannot see until you look closely. Foundation preservation is key.
