Residential Photo Album: Sinking Driveway Causing Problems for Homeowners, Kitchener ON
Homeowners in Kitchener, ON had a problematic garage threshold that was getting higher and higher by the end of the season. Since the driveway was sinking at the front of the garage, it made it difficult to drive their vehicles over the threshold smoothly. The threshold was also becoming a tripping hazard. The homeowners wanted a solution that was efficient, long-lasting, and priced well without replacing the existing driveway. As part of a free inspection, our Project Manager recommended our PolyLevel® system. It uses polyurethane which is injected through concrete to lift and level it back to its original height. Polyurethane expands two times its size as it fills voids under the concrete. It hardens as it filled every nook and cranny. Our polyurethane is hydrophobic, quick curing, lightweight, and long-lasting. The homeowners watched the job from start to finish and were genuinely taken aback by how our team worked efficiently and professionally. They said they would definitely recommend ur service to neighbours who might need concrete levelling around their property.
The Scope of Work
This is a look at how big the job is. The only levelling getting done is the upper part of the driveway.
Problem at hand
This is the threshold that had been bothering our clients. The sinking has gone down by a few inches making it a tripping hazard and a nuisance for cars to get in and out.
Prepping the space
6 holes evenly spaced apart are drilled to prep for out PolyLevel® injections.

The side profile
A better look at how the threshold is minimized and is a lot easier to get cars in and out. Trip hazards are even eliminated.
