Residential Photo Album: Sinking Concrete Back Patio, Washago, ON
It's patio season, and these homeowners expect the actual patio to be intact and survive the winter. Unfortunately, in this circumstance, these Washago, Ontario homeowners had a small concrete deck that had started sinking toward the house. This raised concern because the water would funnel its way toward the home's foundation on rainy, wet days. They contacted the levelling pros at Canadian Concrete Leveling. Project Manager, Paul Mendell, evaluated the situation and advised the homeowners to look at two of our solutions – PolyLevel® and NexusPro®. After the installation, the homeowners were impressed with the results – levelled concrete and immaculate finish. The homeowners could finally return all of their outdoor furniture, relax and enjoy their patio again.

The closeup continued
The sealant runs along the back side of the wall to ensure the water does not go back into the foundation. Time to put the step up back that leads into the back entrance.
