Residential Photo Album: Front Steps Started Dramatically Sinking in Oakville, ON
Front steps at a home in Oakville, Ontario, were sinking quickly. The homeowner was worried that the step up to the porch would get significantly larger the longer it was left, creating a trip/fall hazard. She didn't want to risk the concrete cracking while they were sinking. She wanted to avoid removing the stairs and installing them again since the concrete landing was so pristine. Lifting and levelling options were her best option. The homeowner contacted Canadian Concrete Leveling. Our Director of Sales, Matt McCullough, went to the home to see how our PolyLevel® Injection service could fix the concrete. The PolyLevel® process fills voids under the concrete to lift the front steps back up. Our NexusPro® sealant replaces the old caulking on the steps and along the house. Our Installation Foreman, Bill McKeown and Installation Specialist, Liam McKeown, fixed the front steps. Cameron Saunders, Installation Specialist, installed our NexusPro® Sealant to repair the cracks near the front steps. Here is the installation:
