Residential Photo Album: Lift and Level Walkway to Stop water Flowing to Foundation, London ON
A beautiful home in London, Ontario, underwent sinking concrete around the front half of the house. The driveway started sinking, resulting in a significant threshold, and the front and side walkways settled, leaving tripping hazards in multiple spots. The homeowners wanted a solution that could salvage their concrete and level it. They reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling for professional advice. Our Project Manager, Tim Rector, came to the home to find the best solution for this sinking problem. He recommended our PolyLevel® injection system that will fill all voids underneath each concrete portion and lift the concrete sections back to their original levelled state. Our Installation Foreman, Bill McKeown, came to the home to start the levelling process. Using our PolyLevel® system not only lifts the concrete back, it is a permanent solution since the material is lightweight and hydrophobic. After all areas were levelled around the home, Bill filled each injection point with fresh concrete for a clean, seamless finish. Another set of happy clients is in the books.
