Residential Photo Album: Huge Void Under Basement Floor, Rockwood ON
In Rockwood, Ontario, a noticeable void underneath the home had worried the owners that their property might collapse at any moment. The basement floor started to sink and crack, causing the walls to do the same. Canadian Concrete Leveling was called to see what we can do with our PolyLevel® Injection System. Project Manager Tim Rector came to the home to see which areas of the house needed the most lifting, how much material was required, and if there were any more structural issues at play. Our PolyLevel® system is a high-density polyurethane that converts from an initial liquid to a solid that's more than doubled its size. Our Installation Supervisor, Kyle McKeown, and Nestor Cabrera filled the voids to perfection. Here are some of the highlights.
