Residential Photo Album: Thick Concrete Garage Floor Started to Sink Agressively, Brampton ON
A garage floor in Brampton had started sinking a lot within the last year. This homeowner of over 40 years had just encountered an issue like this. His garage floor had begun falling from the constant moisture from his neighbour's property. The neighbour's property is slightly higher than his, inviting a lot of water into his garage's foundation and undersoil, dramatically reducing the concrete's sink. The sinking caused the floor to split horizontally, and that's when we were called to the rescue. Project Manager Paul Mendell, recommended our PolyLevel® injection system to lift the garage back to its original height. Our NexusPro® was the best fit to seal the crack since it is colour-matched and will close it permanently, not letting any moisture or debris in. With the help of our Foreman Bill McKeown and Specialist Nestor Cabrera, the garage was levelled to perfection. Here are the results:
Scope of work
Notice the back half of the driveway slanting toward the back wall.
Perspective

Neighbour

16 Injections
All 16 injection points are in and it is time to level the garage floor and create that slope.
Prepped
Buffed out the edges of the crack, now it is time to put in our NexusPro®
