Residential Photo Album: Home in Brampton Has Sinking Walkway
In Brampton, Ontario, half of a home's decaying front walkway had been replaced. These homeowners thought the replacement would be the only solution, but as years passed, all of the concrete started to sink toward the home, which put their foundation at risk. When rain and thawing would occur, water would pool toward the house which could result in a more significant issue. They contacted Canadian Concrete Leveling for a professional opinion. Our Project Manager, Paul Mendell, arrived at the home for his free inspection. Based on his discoveries, he recommended two products that will lift, level, and seal the concrete permanently. These are our PolyLevel® injection system and NexusPro® sealant. Our installation Foreman Bill McKeown, and Specialist Nestor Cabrera took on this project and here are the fantastic results:
